Henley Webcam Initiative

Henley on the Web is an online community of local organisations and businesses providing information about Henley-on-Thames.

The primary focus of the website is to provide Camera views from different locations within Henley, showing the town, the river and the major traffic routes into and out of town.

The inspiration for this Project was a sudden upsurge in visitors to the CTC website back in July 2007. At this time there was a serious threat of flooding along the River Thames between Oxford and Henley. As a result, several hundred visitors arrived at our site searching for "webcam henley" or "henley webcam". These people came from all over the world.

We realised that there was a need for an online resource which would enable people from anywhere in the world to obtain information about Henley and keep them up-to-date on the status of the River.

Everyone providing a Webcam on this site, will have their own dedicated page with logo and contact information.

This service is provided free of charge. We only charge for the cost of the cameras to be installed at your location.
